McCauley Landscaping Limited received LEADER funding for the purchase of a wood chipping machine in order to provide a wood chip supply chain in the locality. The aim was to build a solid supply chain network as there was little competition in their area. By having this wood supply network in place, the growth of the local sector in terms of public, commercial and industrial sectors should grow rapidly due to reduced costs of fuel and current installation grants for the technology.
