An Taoiseach Enda Kenny visited the Food Hub in Drumshanbo last week. The Food Hub is a state of the art food production and education facility.The Taoiseach met our students on the Hospitality Operations Course which is supported by Mayo, Sligo & Leitrim ETB. He had lunch prepared by the course participants. All of the fish, meat and vegetables were sourced from local suppliers here in County Leitrim.
