Polish Irish Culinary Event

This project was facilitated by Leitrim Development Company as an inter-territorial co-operation project under the LEADER Programme. It involved a delegation of Polish Culinery Experts visiting Leitrim over a four day period. During the visit they were shown a number of food related projects in the area and were involved in an Irish-Polish Culinary Event whereby an open event to the public was provided in the Food Hub providing visitors with the opportunity to try a number of Irish and Polish cuisines.
