Basic Cookery Course for Adults living in Leitrim with Additional Needs (18 years +). Course delivered by Eileen's Kitchen Table (online videos).

What does the course entail?

• Access to 6 step by step videos on how to cook some simple meals.
• Each lesson can be viewed multiple times over 7 weeks.
• Ideally each week the learner moves on to the next class.
• Recipes are available to download

Each class starts with a clean kitchen. Eileen directs participants to go around the kitchen getting the ingredients and utensils out of the press, fridge etc. Washing up and tidying the kitchen is encouraged as Eileen feels this is of huge importance as it will enable participants to be as self-sufficient as possible.

Participants attend the class in their own home with assistance from carer/family if required.
